Steps to follow for REMOVING RUST FLAKES WITH THE CARBON STEEL CUP BRUSH
Step 1: Use the given carbon steel cup brush and brush it back and forth to remove flakes and loose rust. It also helps thin the rust for preparation, so the fluid film can stick more to the surface. The fluid film needs to have direct contact with the metal (not the rust) for it to work correctly. It is best applied to a dry and clean surface.
