Helps with the rattle
"These come two in the box, with mounting screws and such. I didn’t need those, but I saved them in case I need them in the future. The silicone frame is very well made with the holes at the bottom for moisture to escape. Not many others have that. It’s very thick silicone not flimsy. I do have a system in the trunk, so this helped with the rattle from the license plate. I would love to see them make the edges a little wider so it covers a little more of the edges of the plate though. I still recommend this if you’re looking. The price you pay for two and the hardware is absolutely worth it."

"I had a rattling plastic dealer frame on my license plate and I really wanted to replace it with something better. I really don't like being a rolling advertisement for the car dealer and the rattling plastic frame covered up a good portion of my registration stickers in the top corners. I got these silicone plate frames and was happy with the thin, snug frame and impressed that the kit came with everything needed to do a thorough install: new square hole plastic inserts, square neoprene washers, screws, screw caps, and even a spudger tool to remove the old plastic inserts and an L-shaped phillips screwdriver. One thing to note is that the silicone frame has drainage holes/slots on one side, so make sure you orient your plate installation with the holes at the bottom for drainage. I'm definitely pleased with the results!"
